Fragomen is looking to hire a Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage visa applications and assigned casework from initiation through completion, ensuring applications are accurate, progressed within required timelines, and meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide timely and professional support to clients, responding to queries and providing accurate information on visa requirements and application processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information within CRM and other technology platforms, including key communications, milestones, and case progress.
  • Monitor individual workload and workflows, prioritising competing deadlines and escalating service or case-related issues where appropriate.
  • Research visa requirements and more complex or unique cases, seeking guidance from senior team members where required.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of relevant visa processes, internal procedures, systems, and service requirements.
  • Support invoicing and other case administration activities to ensure matters are completed in a timely manner.
  • Build effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other teams across the business to support high-quality service delivery.
  • Share knowledge and provide guidance or training to Visa Coordinators and other Consultants as required.
  • Support more complex casework, process improvements, and additional projects under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

  • Previous visa processing experience, with experience independently managing applications or casework.
  • Strong client-facing experience and commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate unfamiliar or complex visa requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior team members and colleagues.
  • Professional, proactive, and willing to share knowledge and support the wider team.
  • Additional language skills would be advantageous.
