Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Implementation Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position with occasional work-from-home opportunities based on project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing and commissioning of IoT and traffic-counting equipment.
• Remotely guiding installation teams across APAC regions, conversing in Mandarin & English for each respective country
• Writing detailed reports and documentation.
• Performing post-deployment configuration and troubleshooting.
• Occasional night work when required to support international time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin
• Basic understanding of IoT systems, networking equipment, and floorplan reading.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• 12 years of relevant experience preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
