With over three decades of experience, we serve major retail and wholesale partners across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, and Latin America.

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our import-export operations and international sales team. This role covers trade documentation, customer and supplier coordination, logistics follow-up, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have exposure to global trade, freight forwarding, and B2B sales support — with the ability to keep tabs on multiple shipments and transactions ensuring they move smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Import & Export Operations

  • Prepare trade documentation: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading.
  • Coordinate switching documents (e.g., replacing supplier invoice with trader invoice) before dispatch to banks or customers.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders/shipping lines for bookings and dispatch.
  • Monitor shipping schedules, delivery dates, and export documentation compliance.

Banking and Country Specific Trade Portals

  • Track document submission and compliance with trade terms.
  • Utilize banking portal to create LCs
  • Use country specific trade portals to ensure timely creation and submission of trade documentation (e.g. Egypt's CargoX portal)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in import-export, trade operations, or logistics.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, trade compliance, and international documentation.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding and supply chain processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Proficinecy in Bahasa Melayu is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple shipments/orders simultaneously.
