Company Description

A fast-growing manufacturer is looking an Import Export Executive to join their expanding team.

Role Description

  • Prepare and manage shipping documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Customs Forms, and Certificates of Origin.
  • Coordinate shipment arrangements to ensure timely delivery of goods locally and internationally.
  • Liaise with Malaysia's Royal Customs, Port Authorities, customers, and suppliers regarding shipping matters.
  • Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues to avoid delays.
  • Ensure all shipping processes comply with regulatory and documentation requirements.
  • Support logistics operations and handle ad-hoc assignments when required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in import/export shipping documentation.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and shipping compliance.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
