We're Hiring: Inbound Planner (WMS Operations)

Location: PKFZ, Westport, Port Klang

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Office Hours) | Saturdays on ad-hoc basis only

Open to Malaysian Citizens Only

Are you experienced in handling inbound logistics and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inbound Planner to join our team!

• Manage inbound shipments (FCL & LCL) arriving at Westport & Northport
• Verify pre-alerts and shipping documentation from international origins
• Coordinate customs declarations and approvals via appointed agents
• Handle EDO, LOI, and gate pass requests with carriers and port systems
• Track and monitor container stack status and delivery readiness
• Supervise warehouse coordination for container arrivals and unloading
• Use WMS to update records and manage price ticket generation
• Liaise with HQ Control Tower and origin teams for discrepancies

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound logistics or planning
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Familiarity with customs processes, port procedures, and WMS
• Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in Excel and managing shipment logs
• Willing to travel to PKFZ, Westport, Port Klang
