Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care.
  • Assist customers with basic website, domain, and hosting-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot issues to achieve one-call resolution.
  • Recommend suitable digital solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Meet performance goals including FCR, conversion, NPS, and sales targets.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma/Degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal, written, and comprehension).
  • Experience in customer service, B2B/B2C sales, or call center support is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to turn support calls into sales opportunities.
  • Passionate about sales, achieving targets, and delivering great customer experiences.
  • Basic technical knowledge of websites, domains, hosting, or digital tools preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Open to local Malaysians, willing to work on rotational shifts.
