Overview
An Inbound Sales Representative focuses on assisting customers by addressing inquiries, identifying needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and close sales. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to build trust and drive meaningful connections with potential clients.
Job Requirements:
- Language Requirement: Excellent in English in terms of verbal, written and comprehension
- Education level : SPM and above
- Candidates with B2B/ B2C sales experience will have added advantage
- Strong ability to turn support calls into sales opportunities
- Passion to do sales and achieve target
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices throughout the interaction.
- Use a consultative approach to identify needs and propose solutions for new products and services that benefit their businesses.
- Resolve issues within our support scope, guiding towards third-party solutions or paid consultations when necessary.
- Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution.
- Achieve metrics like First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Open to working in rotational shifts.
Salary: RM4500 - RM5000
