Job Description

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide professional support.
  • Reach out to new customers through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
  • Manage and follow up with existing accounts to build long-term relationships.
  • Prepare quotations, reports, and assist with sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in logistics or related industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and building new customer relationships.
  • Able to multitask, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
