Position: Inbound Sales Representative (English Speaker)
Location: Kelana Centre Point, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (Onsite)
Salary Package:
Basic Salary: RM 3,700
Language Allowance: RM 300
Total Fixed Salary: RM 4,000
Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days per Week
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
* Language Requirement: Excellent in English in terms of verbal, written and comprehension
* Education level : SPM and above
* Candidates with B2B/ B2C sales experience will have added advantage
* Strong ability to turn support calls into sales opportunities
* Passion to do sales and achieve target
* Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices throughout the interaction.
* Use a consultative approach to identify needs and propose solutions for new products and services that benefit their businesses.
* Resolve issues within our support scope, guiding towards third-party solutions or paid consultations when necessary.
* Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution.
* Achieve metrics like First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Open to working in rotational shifts.
