Responsibilitie

  • Prepare and execute a wide range of authentic Indian dishes (North & South Indian).
  • Develop menus and recipes aligned with hotel standards and guest preferences.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen sanitation.
  • Monitor food cost, inventory, and waste control effectively.
  • Lead, guide, and train kitchen team members on Indian cuisine techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and promotional activities.
  • Ensure smooth daily kitchen operations for the Indian cuisine section.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Indian Chef, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of regional Indian cuisines, spices, and traditional cooking methods.
  • Ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining quality.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
