We are currently seeking a dynamic Indirect Purchasing Graduate Trainee (1 Year program) to support the POWER Hub team, providing operational and administrative support across BMW C3 markets. This role offers hands‑on exposure to regional purchasing activities and the opportunity to manage assigned projects, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the purchasing organization.

In this supporting role to regional buyers, you will be assigned specific projects and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Managing vendor creation and amendment processes
• Supporting COUPA Sourcing Events, including event creation, frame contract creation or amendments, and catalogue management
• Maintaining and updating the local Purchasing Intranet Page
• Supporting updates to the Business Process Analysis (BPA)
• Assisting with the planning and preparation of Purchasing Process Refresher training for local associates
• Ensuring compliance with purchasing processes by liaising closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and C3 regional buyers

An ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum Degree in any fields.
• Good written and spoken English proficiency.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills with good working attitude.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple stakeholders while working independently.
