We are currently looking for a dynamic Indirect Purchasing Graduate Trainee to drive the BMW Group Malaysiabusiness. This role will be providing a support to the Indirect Purchasing Team for handling specific purchasing project and other procurement related activities. The role will require the person to work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders (eg; business department, Finance, Legal & Compliance, etc). This role will be part of BMW Malaysia.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting role to Purchasing but assigned project to handle including but not limited to:

• Central Contract Management System-contact migration exercise.
• Vendor creation and amendment process.
• COUPA Sourcing Events creation, frame contract creation/amendment, catalogue management.
• Maintenance of Purchasing Intranet Page.
• Purchasing BPA process update.
• Planning & preparation of Purchasing Process Refresher training for associates.
• Ensure Purchasing processes are adhered to, liaising with internal associates, vendors and APAC region buyer (where applicable).

An ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum Degree in any fields.
• Good written and spoken English proficiency.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills with good working attitude.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple stakeholders while working independently.
