Indoor/Outdoor Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

·        Understand all products and services provided by TTF Marketing Holdings Sdn Bhd and able to explain to

customers confidently about our brand.

·        Convert leads into sales

·        Communicate with customers via email, telephone, Whatsapp and in-person.

·        To monitor track sales leads and follow up with customer requirements.

·        Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective and existing customers.

·        Resolve customer's issue and provide advisory to customers.

·        Handle objections and customers complaint efficiently and professionally.

·        Promote a positive brand image, maintaining a high level of professionalism and commitment towards

customer satisfaction.

·       To perform any other sales and marketing related duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time. 

Qualifications

·        Candidate must possess a minimum of SPM, diploma, bachelor's degree or other relevant qualification and

experience.

·        Experienced in Sales and Marketing.

·        Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong and aggressive drive to capture sales.

·        Able to work independently, hardworking and responsible.

·        Required language: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.

·        Willing to learn.

·        Must possess own transport with a valid Class D/DA driving License.
