Our client is a dealer for Yamaha and Honda motor vehicles and they are currently looking for dynamic Sales Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Attend Training online and offline to master the company background, product, selling skills and whole process.
- Presentable and able to deal with walk-in customers.
- Showcase the vehicle features and warranties to customers.
- Able to coordinate with the finance department to determine each customers financing and ownership options.
- Contact past customers and follow up to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles.
- Able to update own marketing page for advertising and marketing purposes.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
- A proven track record in motor vehicle sales would be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Committed and possess good working attitude.
- Good team player.
