MondayFriday (8:30am6pm)

Salary: RM2,000RM3,000 Basic + Comm

As a small and agile team, you will be exposed to real sales work, real customers, and real responsibility. You'll work closely with the sales manager, receive hands-on training, and grow your skills in B2B sales, quotation handling, and industrial products.

This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a long-term sales career, not just answer messages.

Your Role

• Handle online sales enquiries via Email, WhatsApp, and marketplace platforms
• Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations
• Request pricing from suppliers when required
• Follow up quotations and close sales
• Coordinate orders end-to-end (supplier, delivery, documentation)
• Record sales details and direct job-related costs accurately
• Support basic after-sales matters and customer communication

Who We're Looking For

Required

• Interested in sales and customer interaction (fresh graduates are welcome!)
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
• Comfortable using Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
• Fast learner, responsible, and willing to follow up
• Able to work independently in a small team environment

Bonus (Not Mandatory)

• Experience using AutoCount
• Exposure and past experience to fasteners, hardware, or industrial products
