About the Role:

The Indoor Sales Executive will focus on proactive outbound sales activities, making high-volume calls to potential clients and customers to generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead prospecting. This fully onsite role requires a 'hunter' mindset in a fast-paced, target-driven office environment, playing a key role in building the sales pipeline and driving revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a high volume of cold calls daily to prospects from provided lists of client and customer contacts, aiming to meet or exceed daily call quotas (e.g., 50-100 calls per day, depending on targets).
  • Engage with potential clients via phone to identify needs, present products and services, and qualify leads for further pursuit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new customers through consistent follow-up calls, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections to close sales.
  • Utilize office-based tools and CRM systems to track call activities, log interactions, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine calling strategies and share insights on market trends gathered from client conversations.
  • Achieve individual sales targets by converting cold leads into active opportunities and contributing to overall team revenue goals.
  • Perform all duties in a fully onsite office environment, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in indoor sales, telemarketing, or a similar hunter role, with a track record of successful cold calling and lead generation.
  • Communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Organizational skills to manage call lists, track progress, and meet daily/weekly targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and basic office productivity tools.
  • Customer service skills, including empathy and problem-solving, to address client needs effectively.
  • Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work fully onsite in a professional office setting; no remote options available.
