Unigrà is an Italian agro-food group founded in 1972. Through its various brands, the company offers high-end raw materials, semi-processed and finished products across all channels, the main categories being Chocolate and Chocolate Compounds, UHT Vegetable Creams and Margarine.
The successful candidate will report to the Industrial Control Manager and will be responsible for:
- Analyzing the trend of operating costs (OPEX) and investments (CAPEX).
- Supporting the analysis and control of Bills of Materials (BOMs), production cycle times and methods, and the related variance analysis compared to actuals.
- Monitoring production data (Work Orders, consumption, work centers, etc.) to follow the monthly industrial closing.
- Supporting the preparation of the annual budget and intra-year forecasts.
- Supporting monthly reporting by performing variance analysis between budget/forecast and actuals and identifying root causes in case of deviations.
- Collaborating in the development and definition of standard costing processes.
- Monitoring monthly inventory levels through periodic control activities, developing reporting related to warehouse stock valuation, obsolete inventory analysis, and determining the stock valuation fund.
- Collaborating with Management Control colleagues from HQ in Italy for cross-functional projects and for monthly and annual closings.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a basic knowledge of SAP (FI-CO-PP-MM).
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree or specialist degree in economics or management engineering.
- Has at least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing companies.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Has a good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel, and Business Intelligence applications.
- Has a knowledge of management control methodologies, particularly for industrial companies.
- Has a good knowledge of the English language.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented attitude, and good time management ability.
