We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to lead efficiency, waste-reduction, and process-improvement efforts. You'll work with cross-functional teams to evaluate current practices and design better ways of working. This role is data-driven and fast-paced, requiring solid problem-solving skills and a lean mindset. Success in this role requires curiosity, strong analytical thinking, and comfort working hands-on. A continuous-improvement mindset is essential.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Own key process-optimization initiatives across production, quality, and supply chain operations.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams, cross-functional engineers, and operations leaders to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
- Responsible for analyzing data, improving systems, and implementing lean methodologies.
- Have continuous-improvement mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort with technical tools are essential to thrive.
- Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to influence change across teams.

Skills and Competencies Profile:
- Past proven relevant working experience, minimum of 2 5 years of Industrial Engineering background is required.
- Extensive knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards

- Troubleshooting skills and paying attention to details
- Documentation and organizational Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Engineering, or a related field such as Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- 35 years of experience as Industrial engineer, preferably in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing settings.
Technical Skills:
- Conducting time studies, capacity studies, and workflow analysis on the production floor.
- Familiarity with quality-certified environments (e.g., ISO9001, 5S, 8D, Lean Six Sigma methodologies).
Soft Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD ERP system and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Python).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively across teams
Travel Requirement:
- Very minimal travel (<10%)
