About The Role

The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving manufacturing and operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, implement process improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze production processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve productivity, reduce operational costs, and enhance quality.
  • Conduct time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower optimization.
  • Design and improve layouts for facilities, production lines, equipment, and workstations to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to implement process changes.
  • Utilize data analysis and simulation tools to support decision-making and process optimization.
  • Support automation and digitalization projects to streamline operations.
  • Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

What You Will Need


  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering).
  • 23 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel; experience with CAD, simulation software, or Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication skills and a continuous improvement in mindset.
