As a Senior Industrial Engineer - You will optimize manufacturing capacity, production layouts, and labor utilization to meet demand and improve throughput and space efficiency. Perform capacity analyses, time studies and labor modeling; support NPI/transfers and scaleup, and maintain IE databases and SAP master data while driving crossfunctional productivity improvements.

We are seeking an Industrial Engineering who likes challenges and is willing to learn while having fun contributing to the organization.
What You Will Do
- Perform capacity analysis to meet volume demand and work with cross functional teams on capacity expansion plans.
- Design production layouts and workflows (line balancing, workplace ergonomics) to optimize throughput and floor space utilization.
- Conduct time studies and create labor models to support labor productivity initiatives.
- Maintain and update IE database in timely manner.
- Support product/process transfers, new product introductions (NPI), and scale-up activities.
- Ensure governance and quality of SAP master data (Material masters, BOM, routing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement productivity improvement projects.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of relevant industrial/manufacturing experience in continuous improvement, process design, or manufacturing engineering.
- Computer skills Excel (Advanced), AutoCAD. Experience with SAP, MES is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with capacity analysis, time studies and layout design.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
