1.0 Job Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain standard labor hours for manufacturing processes
• Analyze and improve work methods to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Evaluate equipment capacity to ensure full utilization
• Review and optimize line capacity and flexibility by reducing NVA activities and utilizing common equipment
• Monitor and review SMT capacity versus production demand
• Drive workload leveling and overall process efficiency
• Design efficient production layouts and material flow
• Plan timelines and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure assembly line setup aligns with the master schedule
• Manage equipment inventory and coordinate transfers (in/out) to meet operational requirements • Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior
2.0 Job Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (B.A./B.S., B.Eng., M.A./M.S., M.Eng)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
