As an
Industrial Engineering SME for critical manufacturing applications in Industrial Engineering domain:
- Maintain deep understanding of Semiconductors manufacturing process (eg: Linear programming for capacity analysis, factory modelling for IEs)
- Drive business alignment, and development of joint roadmaps for IT solutions that support business objectives.
As an
IT Solution Analyst involved in solutioning of manufacturing implementation and improvement projects.
- Collaborate with other Solution analysts to design solutions that fit into the overall IT architecture and system landscape.
- Participate in design activities and preparing functional designs for development.
- Participate in feasibility analysis to ensure recommended solutions meet business requirements
- Collaborate with development teams to guarantee the high quality solution delivery
Qualification
Must
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related science
- Proven experience, at least 5 years, in IT projects in (semiconductors) manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset and ability to work in a global environment
- Fast learner, and thinking outside of the box. Organized personality.
Plus
- Experience in or knowledge about Process modeling or Enterprise Architecture or Capacity planning
- Interest in project management and continuous improvement
- Good command in English speaking, listening and writing.
