Job Description

Principal Function
Manage Industrial Products for B2B business.
Oversee the operation of the Industrial Sales Section for domestic and export markets.
Manage supply and demand planning for Industrial Products.
Develop and execute marketing strategies, sales plans, product promotions, and new product development initiatives.
Manage customer complaints for domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities
A. Industrial Products Management
Manage brand image and product quality.
Develop business strategies to support business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and product development initiatives.
Develop sales expansion strategies and implement sales support programmes.

B. Industrial Operation Management
Manage operational issues relating to Industrial Products in domestic and export markets.

C. Supply & Demand Management
Manage supply and demand planning to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

D. Marketing Strategy Management
Plan annual sales targets and budgets for Industrial Products and monitor affiliate sales performance.
Plan and execute product promotion activities in collaboration with FDA and affiliates.
Manage product profitability by monitoring Gross Profit (GP) and Operating Profit (OP) through effective cost management.

E. Other Responsibilities
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related discipline.
Preferably with at least three (3) years of relevant working experience.
Preferably at Executive level, specializing in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
