  • Dealing with employee conflict by understanding its root cause, listening to the issue, and resolve the conflict effectively.
  • Handling employee complaints, managing procedures and facilitating counseling with employee
  • Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Record minute meeting during Domestic Enquiries including date, time, attendees, agenda items, discussions, decisions and action.
  • Involve in organising employee training and Employee development activities
  • Engaged in processing staff welfare .
  • Staying up to date with the latest labour laws
  • Involve in completing any Ad Hoc task assigned.
