What will you be doing

  • Assist in handling employee relations matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, and misconduct investigations
  • Support documentation and administration of IR cases to ensure proper records and compliance
  • Participate in domestic inquiries and provide coordination support
  • Support fact-finding, evidence collection, and documentation for disciplinary cases
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and case summaries
  • Follow up on case timelines to ensure timely closure
  • Support engagement with trade unions and employee representatives
  • Assist in preparation of materials for discussions and negotiations
  • Maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders to promote industrial harmony
  • Prepare periodic reports on IR cases, trends, and key issues
  • Maintain IR databases and ensure accuracy of records
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing for all IR-related processes
  • Support audits or reviews related to HR compliance

What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic understanding of labour laws and employment regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and operate in a dynamic environment
