Job Description

Maintenance:

  • General repairs and upkeep of buildings, machinery, and equipment.
  • Plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
  • Electrical repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, fuses, and outlets (within their skill level).
  • Painting and decorating facilities.
  • General maintenance such as filter changing, cleaning of equipment etc

Equipment Handling:

  • Moving, installing, or dismantling machinery and equipment.
  • Maintaining work areas.
  • Assisting in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Facility Management:

  • Cleaning and maintaining facilities
  • Handling trash and waste disposal.
  • Inspecting and reporting on facility conditions.
  • Other task to be assigned by Chargeman/Utility Engineer
