OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Technical support related to hardware and software
- Communicate with end user in delivery of ICT services
PRINCIPLE DUTIES
- Provide end user support for IT peripherals, including troubleshooting issues with computers, printers, scanners, and other devices
- Assist in the management of IT assets, including tracking and documenting hardware and software inventory
- Supporting ICT Infra in managing network and server infrastructure
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
- Knowledge in troubleshooting laptop, problem solving and foundation of networking.
- Good oral and written communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship.
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or post-graduate degree in computer science, network or related disciplines.
