Key responsibilities in your new role
- Main task is managing test wafer flow and technical study for test waferprocess improvement
- Assist Engineer for reclaim/recycle wafer project
- Understand and perform test wafer measurement using dedicated machine
- Collect data for test wafer measurement for cost saving analysis
- Analysis and study data to improve test wafer recycle process for cost saving
- Observe and study defect pattern to improve test wafer quality
- Update the test wafer data and do follow up with respective owner
- Execute the test wafer process flow according to procedure
- Provide Analysis for NPW logistic system and TPS if require
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor Degree in technical or management field
- Good technical skill to learn basic semiconductor wafer fab process for non-productive wafer (NPW)
- Good communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of personnel & matured personality.
- Increasing ability to identify and resolves problems.
- Interaction with highly qualified staff and regular exchange complex information.
- Strong diagnostic & problem solving skill
- CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above
