Key Responsibilities
1. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning
- Develop industry insights and thought leadership content on talent intelligence
- Present at industry events, webinars, and client workshops
- Build relationships with HR industry associations and influencers
- Contribute to product roadmap with market insights and client needs
2. Solution Consulting & Sales Support
- Support Account Executives in enterprise sales cycles with domain expertise
- Conduct solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
- Develop business cases and ROI models for prospective clients
- Respond to RFPs with compelling solution narratives
3. Implementation & Value Realization
- Lead implementation consulting for strategic enterprise clients
- Define success metrics and value realization frameworks
- Conduct business reviews and optimization recommendations
- Drive client expansion and upsell opportunities
4. Team Leadership
- Build and lead Sr. Industry Principal (MY) team
- Develop team expertise in HR technology and talent analytics
- Establish best practices for solution consulting and implementation
- Coordinate with Implementation Consultants for delivery excellence
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 8+ years in HR technology, talent management, or workforce analytics consulting
- Deep understanding of talent management, workforce planning, and people analytics
- Experience with enterprise HCM systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor market and HR practices
- Track record of thought leadership and public speaking
- Experience leading consulting or solution engineering teams
- Proven experience in client-facing role and stakeholder management
- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment preferred
- Experience in HR and/or Financial Technology or talent management preferred
