Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Drive structured adoption programs for assigned customer accounts to increase active usage and engagement
- Execute regular user success sessions to identify workflow gaps and drive behavioral change
- Guide end users to adopt key platform practices such as data management, revision control, and collaboration workflows etc
- Analyze customer usage patterns and identify barriers to adoption, proposing targeted actions to improve engagement
- Articulate the business value of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform through measurable outcomes such as increased active users and workflow efficiency
- Identify at-risk accounts with low engagement and take proactive actions to recover adoption momentum
- Contribute to scaling adoption programs by refining processes, tools, and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- Up to 3 years of experience in 3D CAD product modeling and/or design (can consider Graduate)
- Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with SOLIDWORKS and/or 3DEXPERIENCE platform is an advantage
- Fluent in English and any additional ASEAN language is a plus (Mandarin is highly preferred)
