Industry Process Consultant - Delmia Quintiq

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Industry Process Consultant (IPC) / Business Consultant (BC) with deep knowledge of DELMIA Quintiq to join our supply chain planning practice. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer business processes in the manufacturing space, translating requirements into functional specifications, and working with technical teams to design and implement solutions using the DELMIA Quintiq Scheduler application. You will manage key project activities including functional testing, user training, and customer communication as part of a global implementation team.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and requirements of customers in their manufacturing area and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to design and demonstrate well-articulated solutions using the DELMIA Quintiq Scheduler application.
• Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain planning to develop effective scheduling and planning solutions.
• Manage project activities including functional testing, solution demos, user training, and ongoing customer communication.
• Document functional requirements, solution designs, and project deliverables to a high standard.
• Work effectively within cross-functional and cross-cultural project teams.
• Support integration and deployment activities as required throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain planning principles.
• Proven ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Experience collaborating with client and technical teams to design and demonstrate solutions using DELMIA Quintiq or similar planning and scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage project activities including functional testing, demos, user training, and customer communication.
• Experience in integration and deployment of planning and scheduling applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience with optimization techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Experience with deployment and release management processes.
