Welcome to the household care team
Our team is composed of experienced technical and commercial professionals working closely together to sell enzymatic solutions for household care in Southeast Asia. We support customers to differentiate their products from the competition, ensure our customers products deliver superior performance and support our customers in decreasing their environmental footprint. You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the household care team in Southeast Asia and with our global Household Care team to deliver concrete projects that consumers around Southeast Asia use every day.

Join our multinational team, where you will play a key role in growing and developing customer partnerships in the household care industry.

In This Role You'll Make An Impact By
- Take full technical responsibility for a portfolio of customers, managing relationships from opportunity identification through implementation and product launch.
- Lead technical dialogues, translate technical solutions into business value, and guide customers through complex decision processes.
- Managing and growing assigned customer accounts across household care and being the main point of contact for assigned customers technical teams.
- Connecting with customers to understand their needs and translate product performance into customer value.
- Solving the technical challenges our customers face when adopting enzymes into laundry detergents, through technical know-how and by designing lab trials.
- Drive the opportunity pipeline with clear next steps and develop sales pitches together with sales and marketing colleagues.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop innovative enzyme solutions tailored to customers. needs. Ensure timely delivery of results and coordinate project updates with key stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands related to enzyme applications in household care.
To Succeed You Must Hold
- A minimum of 5 years technical working experience within the household care industry, personal care, or a related industry. Have proven experience in B2B relationships or experience from an FMCG company
- Bachelor's or Master's in biotechnology, chemistry, or another relevant field
- Demonstrate strong commercial judgement, structure, and ownership mindset
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Be willing to travel regularly to customer sites
- Be fluent in English, both oral and written. A second language relevant for Southeast Asia is an advantage but not a requirement
