Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Influencer Marketing Specialist. The Influencer Marketing Junior Executive will be responsible for day-to-day campaign ideation, influencer search, product delivery, influencer management, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Influencer Coordination and Communication:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers across various social media platforms.
  • Actively search for influencers that meet client requirements based on campaign objectives.
  • Communicate campaign details, timelines, and deliverables effectively to influencers.

Campaign Execution:

  • Prepare campaign briefs for influencers, detailing client expectations and creative guidelines.
  • Oversee and manage influencers during events or photoshoots to ensure proper execution.
  • Obtain mailing addresses from influencers, manage product shipments, and track delivery statuses when campaigns involve physical products.

Content Review and Approval:

  • Request Mandarin drafts from influencers, review their work to ensure it meets the campaign brief, and facilitate client approval.
  • Follow up with influencers to submit drafts on time and ensure campaign deadlines are met.
  • Step in to assist with content creation, such as filming or editing videos, if influencers are underperforming.

Campaign Management and Scheduling Posting:

  • Schedule approved posts and monitor influencer content to ensure it aligns with the planned posting schedule.
  • Ensure all influencer content is published according to campaign guidelines.

Reporting and Payment Coordination:

  • Collect and compile screenshots of post-performance insights from influencers after posting for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare detailed campaign performance reports for clients.
  • Gather invoices from influencers and arrange for prompt payment.

Qualifications

  • Able to read and write in Mandarin (to go through and submit mandarin drafts)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in social media platforms such as Xiao Hong Shu, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns and working with content creators
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, influencers, and team members
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze campaign results and effectively report to clients
  • Attention to detail and ability to think creatively
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
