Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Influencer Marketing Manager, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with influencers, creating and executing influencer marketing campaigns, negotiating contracts, and monitoring campaign performance. The role also involves analyzing campaign results to deliver insights and optimize future strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and strategic planning skills to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, along with the ability to identify up-and-coming influencers.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple campaigns concurrently.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, influencer marketing platforms, and social media analytics.
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
