Job Responsibilities:
- In alignment with the company's strategy and annual brand plan, establish distinctive brand touchpoints, shape the brand's character and depth, and forge a strong emotional and spiritual connection between the brand and its users.
- Lead the planning of PH-based KOL marketing campaigns, develop KOL strategies and promotional roadmaps, and ensure full implementation and performance review.
- Continuously optimize brand promotion content, collaboration processes, and evaluation criteria based on the styles of PH creators across tiers (macro, mid-tier, micro), platform-specific dynamics, product selling points, and marketing trends to drive conversion effectively.
- Drive partnership negotiations and oversee contract execution.
- Collaborate on content ideation with KOLs based on creative briefs and their channel style; review content and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality of seeding video content.
- Coordinate with the boosting team to deliver high-quality videos for ad campaigns.
Requirements:
- Full-time bachelor's degree or higher; minimum of 2 years of experience in PH influencer marketing and team management;
- Deep understanding of KOL marketing on major social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with a proven track record of end-to-end campaign execution.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, high resilience under pressure, and solid capabilities in data analysis and logical reasoning.
- Proficient in short-form video content strategy, with the ability to develop effective content templates based on campaign objectives and product features.
