  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals.
  • Identify KPIs for campaigns and track performance to optimize ROI.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from conceptualization to reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and payment terms with influencers and agencies
  • Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging, on-brand content.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and advertising standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging platforms.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance our influencer strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Present findings to stakeholders to guide future strategies
  • Any additional ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging digital channels.
  • Experience in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Creative mindset with a good understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with influencer marketing or social media analytics tools is an advantage.
