About The Job:
Were looking for a creative and driven marketer with at least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing to lead KOL campaigns for the Taiwan market. Youll manage end-to-end IG campaigns, analyze content trends, and ensure our brand stays relevant and engaging. Fluency in Mandarin and a passion for beauty or skincare are must-haves!
What Youll Do:
- Plan and manage influencer campaigns across IG, Threads, XHS, and morefrom KOL sourcing to performance review.
- Analyze content trends and consumer behavior to boost campaign effectiveness and drive sales.
- Ensure consistent brand voice while keeping content fresh and relevant to the Taiwan market.
- Lead KOL seeding, event collaborations, and product launch activations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on campaign planning, content, and ROI tracking.
- Support any ad-hoc projects aligned with marketing goals.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or brand-related roles.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) to work with Chinese-speaking KOLs and platforms.
- Familiarity with or strong interest in the Taiwan marketespecially its social platforms (IG, Threads, XHS) and content culture.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Passion for the beauty or skincare industry is a big plus.
