Job Summary

We are expanding our Influencer Marketing Specialist unction and are seeking a driven, commercially minded professional to build and scale high-impact influencer partnerships across multiple digital platforms.

This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, developing long-term influencer collaborations, and driving measurable business outcomes through performance-based campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn partnerships into sustainable revenue channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer & Partner Business Development

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers, KOLs, and content creators (nano to macro) across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and manage long-term influencer partnerships focused on user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and collaboration agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and affiliate partners.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with business objectives and market strategies.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, content requirements, and performance expectations.
  • Coordinate content publishing timelines and ensure campaign delivery meets agreed KPIs.

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance including traffic, registrations, conversions, and ROI.
  • Analyze results and optimize campaigns by reallocating resources to high-performing partners.
  • Maintain structured reporting dashboards and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on market trends, platform updates, and competitor activity within Indonesia.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with branding, creative, and performance marketing teams to amplify influencer content.
  • Align influencer initiatives with broader regional and global growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL partnerships, affiliate marketing, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem and social media platforms.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or performance-based marketing models.
