Job Description:
- should have minimum 3+ years of relevant working experience in Informatica Power Center and Maria DB
- Further knowledge on Bigdata technologies like Kafka, Spark, Hadoop is preferred
- Strong working experience in design and development of batch and real time data integration service
- Design ETL flow with Audit balance framework, exception handling and data/access security
- Experience in understanding data mapping between target and varied source systems and be able to develop ETL scripts
- Experience working with variety of data source types (RDBMS, Files, API calls, Web Services / Message Queues) with varied data format (structured, semi-structured and unstructured).
- Knowledge on Banking Domain, especially on Campaign Management is a big plus
- Understanding the concepts of SDLC methodologies and working experience in both Waterfall & Agile is desirable.
- Able to participate in requirement gathering by engaging SME’s & Technical team.
- Able to participate in business workshops for building use cases & user requirements.
- Attitude towards problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle code promotion & deployment activities.
- Be able to lead a technical team spread across locations
- Exposure to Change Management using Tools like JIRA
- Work in a fast paced environment, able to perform as an Individual Contributor and also able to manage his team delivery.
- Effectively deal with multiple deadline-driven, customer-sensitive projects and tasks
- Able to handle Client interfacing and manage internal & external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external stakeholders.
- CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT / Digital Marketing Knowledge is preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, development & unit testing of ETL services based on integration use cases and data mapping between source to target. ETL service should comply with Performance, Security and Availability SLAs
- Lead a distributed ETL team and be responsible to team’s delivery schedule and quality
- Provide inputs in provisioning required infrastructure and help in infrastructure sizing
- Support SIT & UAT by analyzing/fixing the defects
- Support code release & promotion to higher environment
