Information and Data Analyst

Position Overview

The Information and Data Analyst is responsible for developing dashboards, automation workflows, and data-driven insights to support business and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps.

Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and governance.

Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights.

Continuously improve reporting frameworks and automation solutions.

Support data migration and integration initiatives where required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum three (3) years of experience working with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Experience in developing custom applications and workflow automation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
