About Us
Infinite Minds Academy empowers neurodiverse individuals through digital technology skills.
We are expanding our programmes and are looking for a committed and patient ICT Trainer who is passionate about teaching and making a positive impact.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ICT lessons to students (including those with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome, and other learning differences).
- Teach fundamental to intermediate digital skills such as:
- Computer basics
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Internet & digital literacy
- Email & communication tools
- Basic programming or software knowledge (added advantage)
- Prepare lesson plans, exercises, and hands-on activities tailored to students learning abilities.
- Track student progress and provide individual support when needed.
- Maintain a positive, structured learning environment.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
- Work closely with the academy team on curriculum development and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Education, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Prior teaching, training, or tutoring experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to simplify concepts and explain step-by-step.
- Passion to teach and help students grow their digital skills.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantages)
- Knowledge of digital apps, Google Workspace, or basic coding.
- Experience with animation, design, or multimedia.
