Make an impact
- Global contact person within Swisslog for all Information Security Management System (ISO) related activities.
- Responsible for the global ISO 27001 implementation and certification according to the defined certification plan.
- Establishing and coordinating a global information security organization within Swisslog.
- Process owner for information security related processes.
- Develop and maintain information security related policies, processes, procedures and other documentation.
- Advising management on all information security issues.
- Global implementation of the Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001.
- Maintain ISMS certification and plan global certification scope extension of additional sites.
- Ensure continuous improvement and compliance of the ISMS with international normative, legal and customer requirements as well as internal policies.
- Planning and leading internal as well as external security audits, including documentation and remediation tracking.
- Conduct regular security risk assessment and analysis, including the handling of information security risks, definition of mitigation measures and monitoring of the overall risk landscape.
- Analysis of customer information security requirements.
- Monitor and handle security alerts, including the investigation of and coordinated response to incidents.
- Develop and maintain information security related policies, processes, procedures and other documentation.
- Plan, coordinate and track awareness measures related to information security.
- Support auditing and monitoring activities related to data protection.
- Define and monitor information security KPIs to analyze and report the ISMS status.
- Support the expansion and improvement of the Board`s ISMS and its processes.
Bring to the team
- Degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Security Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable IT or information security-related role.
- Proven professional experience in IT and information security, preferably within the intra-logistics industry.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, BSI, or comparable information security frameworks and standards.
- Strong knowledge of and practical experience within the Microsoft environment, including operating systems and office applications.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor credentials.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, coordinating, and leading audit activities.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and continuous enhancement practices.
- Familiarity with additional management system standards, including ISO 9001.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory, legal, and normative security requirements, including ISO 27001, EU NIS2 Directive, and BSI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of IT structures, business operations, and organizational processes.
- Proven experience in audit management and project execution.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing information security requirements across multiple departments.
- Proven ability to develop and implement information security concepts within a global organization.
- Practical experience in planning, conducting, and managing information security audits.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across functions and organizational boundaries.
