What You Will Do
Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical and business feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members, fostering accountability and positive action.
Risk and Change Management:
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Communicate project status, progress, and updates effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

What You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or related fields.
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in software development
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Scrum preferred).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
