A leading global professional services firm is expanding its Technology Consulting practice and is looking for a a seasoned consulting leader to lead client engagements across IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and large-scale transformation programmes.
About the role
- Advise clients on how digital transformation and technology enablement drive performance improvement
- Lead teams on complex, cross-border, cross-sector engagements
- Assess and transform enterprise technology architecture (applications, integration, data, security, and operations)
- Act as architecture lead on major IT transformation programmes such as Core Banking and Mobile Banking
- Partner with senior leadership on both client and firm side to align IT strategy with business goals and drive decision-making
- Build long-term client relationships, grow the practice, and mentor a high-performing team
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technology initiatives management or implementation, ideally within a leading consultancy
- Functional knowledge of Target Operating Model for banks
- Ability to translate complex client requirements into clear solution architecture for all levels of seniority
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Advantageous
- Master's in Engineering or Business Administration
- ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle)
- Agile / PMP / TOGAF / ITIL certifications
