We are currently seeking a highly skilled Resident Engineer (RE) Services for Microsoft Intune & Passwordless Authentication for our client which is a leading organization in Malaysia. The REs will perform the following activities within the Client environment.
Job Requirements:
- Manage configuration of insurance products on existing new business platforms like Cube, Direct to Consumer (DTC) for various channels agency, broker, customer and banca so new insurance products can be onboarded with efficiently for all markets. Partner with product, pricing, actuarial teams to deliver the sales illustrations and onboard products on existings platform and provide on-going support.
- Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web service.
- Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects.
- Collect and analyze user requirements, conduct impact analysis and implement the system design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with product, actuarial, pricing teams to understand the product specification, sales Illustration, calculations and rate tables to map out the delivery plan.
- Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
- Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
- Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
- Modeling techniques and methods.
- Define As is and To be Flows for the overall.
Requirements:
- 5+ years work experience in full systems development.
- Solid knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. nodejs, client-server, mongoDB databases, and web-based /app architectures).
- Must have a solid working knowledge of Insurance product configuration and product rollout experience including Par, Non Par, ILAS products.
- Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building.
- Proven time management cum organization skills (must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines).
Knowledge & Technical skills
- Proficient in Agile development approach.
- Exemplify good interpersonal communication skills at all levels of business users, IT, partners and vendors.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Broad understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital solutions.
- Deep appreciation of latest and emerging technologies and practice, such as DevOps, Cloud, Microservice and Mobile development.
- Knowledge and experience in working on Javascript, NodeJs and MongoDB query.
- Knowledge and experience in working API mapping / specification and API sequence flow cross systems.
