Job Description

  • 7 to 10 years of experience as a technical Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring teams of Business Analysts.
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms for form and questionnaire building.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation, conditional logic, and data extraction.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for customizing questionnaire presentation.
  • Familiarity with requirements gathering, process modelling, and documentation.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with strong knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and Confluence.
