Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent qualification. With working experince.
Available 24x7 working support on technical productivity issues when is required
Basic understanding of server operating systems(Windows Server,Linux)
Faudational knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP,DNS,DHCP)
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware)
Ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues(e.g., internet connectivity, printer issues)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsible, dedicated, able to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Job reponsibilities:
Resolve IT-related problems, outages, and troubleshoot a wide range of IT and custom applications for internal customers via phone,chat, web, and emails.
Collaborating with other groups and organizations, elevate data quality concerns and communicate known system problems
Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of incident reported where possible for hardware,software, network and application.
Contributing to the organization via project participation at team,department, IT and global level
Track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors for issues management, service upgrades, application maintenance and other support services
Responsible to record and maintain IT-infrastructure inventory list, license and hardware warranty renewal Project Execution: Manage IT projects, ensuring adherence to project plans Task Management: monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Resource Management: Coordinate and manage internal and external resources, including hardware, software, and personnel, to support project objectives.
Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
