Job description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support critical IT infrastructure, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and contribute to continuous system improvements across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1st-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, software licenses, passwords, network details, and warranties.
- Manage and support the company's network infrastructure, including troubleshooting routers, switches, servers, and firewalls.
- Work closely with the Head of Department to resolve IT issues promptly and effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead and support IT-related projects, including implementation and upgrades.
- Set up and support IT infrastructure for company events.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and applications.
- Familiarity with network protocols, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general software environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
