You will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT systems to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations. As an Information Technology Executive, and services across multiple sites – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Assist the IT Manager to maintain hotel software and hardware.
  • Solve technical and operational problems according to user reports.
  • Operate the computer hardware and software under the direction of his immediate superior.
  • Provide the highest possible IT service to the agreed standards and best practices.
  • Ensure guests IT queries are managed to defined standards with minimal risks.
  • Ensure the hotel adopts and maintains brand standards for guests and business services in relation to IT services and offerings.
  • Identify and ensure all hotel data has ownership and accountability within the organization.
  • Provide IT support to other Hilton hotels when required.
  • Maintain standards and best practices in the hotel and evaluate compliance
  • Ensure that hotel data is secured and in line with stated standards and best practices.
  • Ensure Access Control is in line with stated standards and best practices.
  • Ensure regular self-evaluations of IT practices are completed and communicated.
  • Assist local implementation projects.
  • Report and communicate status, risks, opportunities to IT Manager. Report any maintenance issues or hazards.
  • Adhere to the hotel's security and emergency policies and procedures.
  • To be fully conversant with the hotel Manual Contingency Plan in case of computer system failure and ensure that all manual procedures are followed and adhered to.
  • Ensure that correct work practices and the safety of the work area are not compromised to minimize the risk of accidents and employee compensation costs.
  • Assist, coordinate and communicate with other departments on IT systems, hardware related issues and internal control.
  • Handle all requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain an adequate and up to date record and filing system.
  • Follow up on any discrepancies, incomplete work or missing information with the relevant team members/departments.
  • Flexible in relation to working hours, especially as per hotel operation's needs.
  • Support during internal and external audits.
  • Assists the Finance Leader in any other way deemed necessary for the efficient overall operation of the IT Department.
  • Support the Finance Leader to develop best-in-class hotel IT teams, including participation in all relevant Finance and IT development programs.
  • Carry out any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure that the department functions smoothly.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality systems and IT best practices.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
