Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pengerang, Johor, for an Information Technology Field Engineer. The IT Field Engineer will be responsible for network administration, providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining printer support. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the smooth operation of network systems, addressing user technical queries, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring all IT-related equipment is functional.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology
• Strong Technical Support on Hardware, Software and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Printer Support
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are a plus
